Welcome to Clovis Grove Elementary School. Clovis is located at the corner of Ida and Ninth Street. Clovis Park surrounds the building to the North and East. We are a 4K - Grade 5 school with about 555 students. We offer a full range of services for children: specific learning disabilities, emotional and behavioral disabilities, art, music, technology instruction, gifted and talented services, speech and language, School Counseling, Reading Recovery, Title I services, occupational and physical therapy, physical education. The school is also the site of the district's food service production.

We are very proud of our ​2015/2016 report card.

*Students must be picked up at 3:30 PM sharp! We cannot have students remain in the office as we have end of the day responsibilities. Please plan your pick-up time for 3:30 PM!

School Crossing Guard
 
The Menasha Police Department is accepting applications for the positions of School Crossing Guard and Relief Crossing Guard.  The Crossing Guard works during the school year under the direction of the Police Department to direct students and other pedestrians for the purpose of ensuring their safe access to and from school.  The Crossing Guard must deal effectively and courteously with the public and have the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.  The work schedule is for short periods of time for one hour in the morning and one hour in the afternoon, M-F, a total of 10 hours per week.  Rate of pay is $11.00 per hour.  Interested applicants should contact Lt. Sahr at the Menasha Police Department;

It is hard to beleive but we are fast approaching the time of year that we have many field trips. Please be sure your background check is up to date. Background checks are good for 2 years so if you completed the background check before September 2015, you will have to reapply. If you have questions, call the Clovis office. Background check approvals take up to 3 weeks to process. Please plan ahead.

Parent, community involvement and support for our student’s learning is essential in creating the supportive,
collaborative learning community needed for our young learners so that they may be successful.  Volunteering makes
a difference!
Guidelines for Adult Volunteers
1. Complete a background check online. Contact the office for instructions.
2. Do not bring younger children when volunteering in school.
3. Check into the office each time for your visitor ID.
4. Follow teacher direction when working with students.
5. Respect rights and confidentiality of all students and staff.
6. Promptness is appreciated or a call if you cannot make your volunteer time.
