The District Health clinic is open! Serving the Menasha Joint School District's health plan members, District Health offers access to many high-quality services, including Wellness and Health Maintenance, Chronic Care Management, Acute Care, Annual and Sports Physicals, Labs, Immunizations, Generic Prescriptions, and some Procedures. Please call (920) 967-4141 to schedule an appointment or get any questions answered.

Katie Erstad, MSN, NP-C, board-certified nurse practitioner

Katie received her Bachelor’s degree in nursing from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 2006, and her Master’s degree from the University of WI, Oshkosh in 2011. Her first year in practice was spent working in an emergency department outside of Austin, Texas. She spent the 9 years before District Health in family practice with ThedaCare Physicians in Kimberly and Menasha. “I love getting to know my patients and their families. I practice evidence-based medicine and encourage shared decision making to ensure you’re successful with your health and wellness goals.” In her free time, Katie enjoys spending time with her family, her husband, Matt and three kids. Playing and coaching sports, cooking, reading, and traveling are her favorite activities.
