The District Health clinic is open! Serving the Menasha Joint School District's health plan members, District Health offers access to many high-quality services, including Wellness and Health Maintenance, Chronic Care Management, Acute Care, Annual and Sports Physicals, Labs, Immunizations, Generic Prescriptions, and some Procedures. Please call (920) 967-4141 to schedule an appointment or get any questions answered.

Anne Jordan, MD, graduated from the University of Illinois in 2014. She completed her Residency in Family Medicine in 2017 through Grand Rapids Medical Education Partners. She worked for Mercy Health in Grand Rapids, MI while her husband finished his medical training and then worked at Door County Medical Center in the Family Medicine department for several years. Dr. Jordan’s goal is to treat every patient as though they are only patient on her schedule that day. She enjoys supporting positive change in a patient’s health. In her free time, Dr. Jordan enjoys bike riding, hiking, playing the piano, and reading. She is also very busy keeping up with her three little girls and her Aussie doodle, Oscar.

Kirsten Pethan, PA-C, is an Appleton native who has worked as a Physician Assistant since 2012. Following graduation with her master’s degree in physician assistant studies from UW-La Crosse-Gundersen-Mayo, she began practice as a Hospitalist prior to transitioning to roles in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, and Urgent Care. Kirsten enjoys helping patients meet their health goals. She is especially interested in chronic conditions like diabetes, heart disease, and mental health concerns. Often multiple symptoms can be linked to a common cause and then effectively addressed. Kirsten is an outdoor and travel enthusiast who enjoys spontaneous day trips with her 4 children, exercise, coffee, and volunteering with youth and underserved populations.

Teresa Gajewski, PA-C, has worked as a Physician Assistant since 2011. She completed her master’s degree at Midwestern University in Downers Grove, IL. From there, she worked in Family Medicine for Dousman Clinic in Green Bay for 14 years. Teresa’s favorite part of working with patients is developing collaborative partnerships to help individuals reach their health goals. She values providing compassionate, individualized care that is evidence-based so that she can educate and empower patients to take an active role in their health and wellbeing. When Teresa is not working, she enjoys cooking, gardening, camping, hiking, and paddleboard. She stays very busy as a wife and mom to her 3 young sons.
