MASS teaches students to work on improving their overall strength and speed by participating in various strength and speed enhancing activities and drills. 9th-12th grade students participating in sports are highly encouraged to register for MASS HS.
MASS A: Recommended, but not required, for those athletes participating in football, baseball, track and wrestling.
MASS B: Recommended, but not required, for those athletes participating in basketball and volleyball.
**If you are a 9th grade student who would like to register for MASS HS and Middle School Summer Edventure courses-- please choose the 6:30 session of MASS if available.
HS MASS runs June 9-July 17.
