Dive into Leadership as a Swimming Lesson Coordinator!
Join our team at Menasha Pool and play a vital role in shaping a positive and safe learning environment for swimmers of all ages. As the Swimming Lesson Coordinator, you’ll oversee the planning, training, promotion, supervision, and day-to-day operations of our swimming lesson programs.
In collaboration with the Recreation/Senior Services Manager and management team, you'll help establish and enforce best practices, rules, regulations, and policies to ensure high-quality programming and a safe environment for participants and staff alike.

Weekly Hours: Minimum of 20 hours, with lessons running Monday-Thursday, including Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
Minimum Age Requirement: 18 years old
